About Lucy
Lucy has worked in the hospitality industry for over 20 years. After leaving university she worked in London under Oliver Rowe at Konstam, gaining valuable experience and knowledge. Feeling homesick and realising she was a country girl at heart, she returned and converted a building on her family farm into a commercial kitchen.
In 2010 Bradleys Deli & Coffee shop was opened. Lucy, her Mum & best friend ran this together successfully for 10 years, gaining various awards and accolades.
Lucy also spent 12 years as the Chef on a local shooting estate cooking game and local produce for customers from all over the world.
Lucy has catered over 50 weddings on Anglesey, rustic DIY tipi and marquee weddings where she has created bespoke menus including Surf & Turf BBQs, Hog Roasts, Medieval Banquets & Afternoon Teas.
In 2019 Lucy purchased Mojo’s restaurant in Rhosneigr which was renovated then re-opened, with a loyal following of locals and holidaymakers. Specialising in crêpes and galettes during the day, and fresh seafood in the evenings.
Now a Mum, Lucy is providing Private Catering services, using her experience, knowledge and loyal suppliers to bring amazing restaurant quality food into your home.
Lucy is passionate about using local produce, she loves to work with local suppliers including Anglesey Fine Foods, Becws Môn, Total Produce, Challenger Shellfish, Mermaid Seafood, Môn Crabs , Dolmeinir Meats, Cotteswold Dairy, Plas Farm Dairy, Anglesey Chilled Foods, Cwt Mwg Smokery, and many more.

I offer professional chef services for all types of private dining. From buffets to banquets, canapé receptions or large platters, I can cater for up to 100 people. Each job is bespoke and I can be as creative in my menus as your imagination requires.
I recently began a seafood platter delivery service which is very popular. Look out for the next “Seafood Special” weekend on socials.
